RELEASE AND TERMS 2 MIN READ

Participation and operational risks

The material risks to understand before taking part.

Cannabis is preparing mainnet launch. The release must identify the canonical chain, contracts, founder beneficiary, enrollment provider, claim opening and verification policy.

Markets, liquidity, exchange acceptance and community adoption are uncertain. Prices can fall substantially. Founder vesting constrains release timing but does not eliminate the founder's economic conflict or off-chain arrangements.

Person verification depends on a reviewed registrar. Fake enrollment, censorship, identity resets, provider compromise or exclusion from verification can undermine access and fairness. A threshold of 128 commitments is not proof that 128 independent people are present. The supply supports up to 990,000 claimants.

Zero-knowledge membership conceals the enrolled identity used by the proof. Wallet addresses, balances, claim nullifiers, transfers and transaction metadata remain public. Timing, RPC logs, enrollment-provider records, reused wallets, malware and small effective anonymity sets can undermine privacy.

Proof generation and verification require useful computation; ordinary transactions incur network fees. Enrollment updates can require proof regeneration. A failed transaction can still consume gas. The project does not claim zero electricity, carbon neutrality or a measured per-transaction environmental footprint.

Custom contracts, integrations and operations require independent review. Software bugs, compromised dependencies, loss of wallet or identity secrets, chain or RPC failures, and registrar compromise can cause irreversible loss. Immutable contracts have no emergency recovery or privileged balance reversal.

Legal classification, privacy/data-protection obligations, tax, branding, marketing and listing requirements need qualified review. Cannabis conveys no cannabis-product entitlement, health claim or affiliation with an existing cannabis business or currency.
