Launch review

Before a public offer or admission to trading, qualified counsel must review the final token rights, distribution, operating entity and intended markets. Issuance and crypto-asset services are distinct activities; applicable obligations depend on the actual offering and activities.

Review classification, issuer requirements, white-paper preparation and publication, marketing timing and content, consumer protection, taxation and environmental disclosures. The technical paper in this repository is not a regulatory filing.

Person-verification data flows require a separate privacy review covering controller and processor roles, data minimization, retention, recovery, appeals and cross-border access. Calling a distribution free does not by itself settle its legal treatment.

Maintain the jurisdiction-specific legal analysis privately. Publish required issuer information through the reviewed release process. Document allocation, vesting, risk statements, complaints arrangements where applicable and the canonical token address before launch. No public sale or trading request is currently open.
